Envision is a festival that celebrates the huge amount of artistic talent that lives and works in our Wolseley-West Broadway community . The festival showcases all forms of the arts; visual, literary, film and performing. We encourage all levels of artistic endeavour; professional, aspiring, young and not as young to show our community and the rest of Winnipeg what you are doing with your talent.
