Workshops

Our workshops are still being finalized so watch for updates. Here is what is happening now:

1. Creative Canvasses Workshop – Canvas & Coffee
What will happen here: At this session you will be given a small canvas, acrylic paints and brushes and told to get at it! You paint whatever you want, in whatever time you have. There will be no instructions.Then as you paint you will receiev a free coffee, tea, water or juice.
Time: Saturday 13 May, 12:30 – 2:30
Cost: $5, payable when you pick up your canvas
Suitable for: 5 – 95. Kids under 7 yrs of age will need to be supervised by parents

2. Mandolin, Fiddle and Banjo workshop
Time: Saturday 13 May at 3:30
Cost: Free
What will happen here:
Renown musicians Tim Osmond, Aisha Belle and Donovan Lochan will each have a separate ½ hr workshops on banjo, fiddle and mandolin. The workshops will be helpful and beneficial to all those interested in learning how to play their instruments in a group/jam setting, those you wish to learn solo licks and tricks, and for those who want to learn better improvisation skills.

Suitable for: Bring your instrument to the workshop and come prepared to learn some important & fun skills to apply to your playing. Beginners are welcome!
